The starting point of a successful project is set in an intensive expert talk in which we analyse the technical requirements of the vulcanisation press and specific requirements for the bladder construction. Experienced engineers accompany the product development, starting from the bladder contour, continuing with the bladder mould drawing and finishing with the production of prototypes in a high quality butyl rubber blend.
With a mixture of practical experience in tyre manufacturing and the know-how of rubber processing, our specialists get your bladder development process rolling efficiently.
